Workload in the program

I have a question for those of you who have been in the program a while.  I am taking my first course this fall–Dr. DeMarco’s Logic course–and  wondering how it measures up to other courses in the program in term of workload.  I’m trying to gauge how much I’m reasonably able to do in a semester.  So, are his course’s requirements (weekly discussions and three tests spread over the term) a typical workload, a bit light, a bit heavy, what?

  • That class has one of the heavier “work” loads of the courses I have taken. Other courses may require more reading, but in terms of assignments Logic is near the top.
